Fanny is the eldest child out of eleven children, her mother passed away when she was sixteen and her aunt Jane Austen has been the most predominant female figure in her life. She really holds the words and lessons from her aunt at heart, always turning to her when she needs advice. The Austen-Knight family has never been one that has had a lot of money, they are quite modest, with her aunt being a writer (that’s moderately popular) with her uncle working in a bank, and her father working on his own affairs, while they were not rich they lived an acceptable life and she was happy.
She had a rather normal and well-rounded childhood, attending a semi private school due to having been awarded a half scholarship, when she was attending the situation with her family was stable enough to help pay for the half of her studies that her awarded scholarship didn’t paid off. Fanny was always quite popular in school due to being sweet, kind and carefree, she was always surrounded by people and she enjoyed her time in school, since despite her pretty face she does likes to learn, through her teen years she went through a bit of a rebel stage and went out partying with her friends, but she quickly changed her ways once she was on her last years of high school and be able to get to a scholarship into an acceptable university. Through most of her life her father expressed his dream for his eldest daughter to become a doctor, due to her caring nature and natural inclinations of taking care of others, while Fanny didn’t minded the idea she had dreamed of being in a career that allowed her to create. While Fanny did end taking the admittance exam to med school and even passing it, it was her aunt Jane the one that talked and persuaded her to follow her dreams before she entered and dedicated her life to a career she didn’t had her heart set on, taking her aunt’s advice she decided to drop the possibility of becoming a doctor and instead applied and earned for a full scholarship for Architecture. For five years (3 years for the BA and 2 for the master’s degree) Fanny dedicated her full time to her studies, keeping her grades so her scholarship wouldn’t be taken away and sacrificing her social life for a bit, but the effort paid off when she graduated magna cum laude. It is a shame that the real world turned to be more difficult that she had expected, finding a job hasn’t been an easy task for her, mostly due to the fact that she is relatively young and inexperienced which makes people not exactly confident on her abilities, something that has disappointed her quite a bit. With her family now being in a bit of a tight spot economically and not being able to find a job in the field she wanted, she was forced to accept different jobs here and there while still trying to achieve her dream, though not matter how many jobs she had it still didn’t seemed to be enough. It was finally due to a former classmate of hers that she was told about that a rather rich family was looking for a stay in nanny for their young children, while it wasn’t the job she wanted the pay was relatively good and having helped to raise nine siblings she had the experience for it. | APPEARANCE
Fanny had been described as a classical elegant beauty and even ethereal by some, which she has found a tad bit more but she had been flattered by it, in her opinion she is pretty but that’s not all that she should be measured and judged with.
But Fanny is indeed a classical beauty, with pale milky skin, beautiful golden spun hair and piercing crystal cold blue eyes and full red lips. When she was younger many thought she looked like a porcelain doll, but nowadays most people think of her as an English Rose. Height wise she is within the normal standards, with a height of 5’4 ½” feet, she doesn’t considers herself overly tall or overly short, she is within acceptable standards she supposes. Her body type is slender, with a slight dance physique since she did took ballet lessons for a bit before she stopped, with elegant and willowy arms, well-toned and shaped legs, with delicate curves in the right places. All in all, Fanny is what many will and consider a beautiful girl. Her looks though, ironically enough, have aided in the lack of confidence many seem to have about her abilities, since there are standards and judgments and she’s not free of those. | THREAD TRACKER

PERSONALITY
Coming from such a huge household and with many younger siblings taught Fanny first and foremost about patience, which is something she has cultivated through many years and she is now quite adept at that particular virtue and it’s a particular trait she needs to exercise quite a lot in her life, more so when it comes to not become utterly frustrated in front of possible employers that don’t seem to think she is worth to be given a chance, after being measured up and been found not good enough.
Fanny also has a rather sweet, charismatic and kind disposition, which again was cultivated due to her many siblings and the closeness to her family, it was that what made her quite popular with others when she was in school. She is fiercely loyal and she is more than capable to burn the world down if anyone hurts the people she loves and cares, being as protective as a lioness, she’s also not one to keep quiet and it’s rather blunt when she sees something she doesn’t approves of. Her sweet disposition and pretty face, also shouldn’t fool people into thinking she’s not smart because she is. She always was in the honor roll students while she was in school, even wining science fairs and what not during school, not to mention she managed to pass the admission test for med-school and graduated magna cum laude, so she is quite a smart and clever girl, but something that many people oversee being mostly concerned on her looks and her friendly and kind personality. Due to her aunt Jane and also in fact due to her rather extended family, Fanny learned early on how to take care of herself since she couldn’t be constantly depending on her parents, not with eight other siblings around and then even helping to take care of them. She became even more independent after her mother died and she started to balance studying and working then, this has showed her to be responsible and fiercely determinate to achieve what she wants, she knows it will take time but she will fight for it. | |||
